These terms apply to EV-BOY charging station data, including station names, locations, charger types, availability information, charging speed, fee notes, parking notes, station status, and related metadata shown or delivered through EV-BOY websites, apps, maps, WhatsApp tools, structured data, and other EV-BOY services.
Permitted personal use
EV-BOY charging station data is provided free of charge for personal use through EV-BOY services only.
You may use the information to find, compare, monitor, and navigate to charging stations for your own charging needs through EV-BOY websites, apps, maps, and WhatsApp tools.
No other use without permission
Unless EV-BOY gives prior written permission, you may not copy, scrape, crawl, extract, download, cache, reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, mirror, syndicate, or otherwise use EV-BOY charging station data outside EV-BOY services.
This restriction includes use in third-party products, databases, apps, websites, maps, APIs, automated services, commercial products, analytics products, AI training, or any other system that stores, republishes, or makes use of EV-BOY charging station data.
Automated access and bulk extraction
Automated access, bulk extraction, scraping, crawling, or reverse engineering of EV-BOY charging station data is not allowed unless EV-BOY gives prior written permission.
Data changes and availability
EV-BOY may update, correct, remove, restrict, or stop providing charging station data at any time. EV-BOY provides the data to help drivers find charging stations, but charging station status, availability, pricing, parking arrangements, and access conditions may still change.
Integrating real-time charging data
Site owners, car park operators, and charging service providers are welcome to contact EV-BOY about integrating real-time charging information. Real-time integration can help more EV drivers find and use publicly available charging stations.
